As conscientious dog owners ourselves, we understand the high expectations you have when it comes to the care of your dog. Because of this a great deal of thought and attention went into the planning of our facility. A sample of what we offer:

• Stop by our information center for all the  latest dog-related news regarding health, nutrition,  safety, events and everything else you should know about.
• Browse our retail floor for everything from  essentials to knickknacks and everything in between.
• Our large dog room features a custom  Sports Impact floor installed for the health and safety of the dogs.  This is the same flooring used by the Chicago Bears, the East  Bank Club, and the 2004 Olympic Speed Training Oval in Athens  because of its superior quality over other impact- absorbing  materials. The installation process ensures that  moisture wont penetrate the surface, eliminating bacteria  and odors common with many animal facilities. In addition, we  use all-natural cleaners to provide a healthy  alternative to exposing your pet to toxic chemicals.
• In an attempt to limit the spreading of  doggy  germs and bugs, we have set aside a room to be  used as an infirmary. It is our strict policy that any dogs  showing signs of illness will be quarantined for the day and  the parents notified.  Please do your part by not  bringing your dog to The Houndry if they have any infectious diseases, have been vomiting, have diarrhea or  fleas.  For the consideration of all, please keep sick dogs  at home.
